Our trainers will assess your needs and goals, chart a path to achieving your vision, and work with you at every step to ensure you get the most out of your relationship. Our coaches will drive you or your child to achieve their full potential. Our group fitness instructors will give you the push you need for that next step. Our trainers are experienced in working with adults and kids.

 
 

Trainers

Aresh Mohit
Aresh, the founder of Fenom, has extensive experience in the fitness industry & has worked with a wide variety of clients including families, parents, school-based organizations, and recreation departments. He's taught group and individual programs across fitness disciplines ranging from skiing to bike riding to personal training. Aresh began his career as a leading manager of the Westchester New York Sports Club. For the past several years, Aresh has operated an independent fitness business called HIGH5 through which he has developed and refined his emphasis on multi-purpose training which is a key principle of Fenom.

Mike Tierney
Mike joins us from the United States Marine Corps with certifications including adult & child CPR and NASM. He previously held the position of Fitness Director at Planet Fitness where he was responsible for designing and providing instruction for more than 40 weekly classes.

Samantha Stiglianese
Samantha always loved to dance and loves working with kids. Referred to fondly as "Miss Samantha", she conducts programs for the youngest of our Fenoms, incorporating sports, dance, arts and crafts, circle time carefully to encourage our tots and promote their sensory and motor skills. As a Harrison native, Miss Samantha believes strongly in adding flair and life to the local community.

Mike Dunkley Coach Mike is Fenom's lead birthday party coach. The football enthusiast teaches several multi-sport programs, along with assistant coaching Fenom basketball programs including 2nd Grade In-House League.

Basketball: Kevin Miller
Coach Kevin Miller began coaching as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Adelphi University while finishing his degree. He is a graduate of Adelphi University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a long history of experience playing basketball semi-professionally and coaching. We're excited for him to join Fenom as an AAU Coach, as well as a coach for many of our other basketball programs.

Golf: Ralph Garofano - PGA Tour
Fenom now offers both private and semi-private golf instruction for adults and Juniors by Class A PGA member Ralph Garofano. Ralph is the Director of Golf at Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook New York. Ralph grew up in Westchester and is a very well respected golf professional that has 25 years of teaching experience in the Metropolitan Section.

Baseball: Jim Coppola
Coach Coppola was a three-time All-Ivy baseball player for Columbia University who credits a hard core strength training and fitness regimen with helping him to lead the Ivy League in Slugging Percentage and Home Runs in consecutive seasons. He was a four-sport HS Varsity Letterman from Long Island who has shown the same versatility in his coaching - Hockey, Baseball, Football and Basketball at levels ranging from "Youth" right on up to the "College" level. He is a highly regimented and principled coach who stresses hard work, sportsmanship, team camaraderie, and preaches to his players to be "students of the game". He has coached both Spring and Summer baseball teams in the Harrison Little League for the past 5 seasons. Coach Coppola has also been a head coach in the Westchester Mariners Hockey Organization for the past 5 years. He is still an avid baseball and hockey player in County and State Men's leagues, and is a graduate of both the P90X and Insanity workout programs.

Lacrosse: Ryan Penner
Coach Ryan has been with Fenom since Winter 2015. He is a product of the Yorktown lacrosse program, where in high school, he started two seasons in goal, managing a .663 save percentage. As a starter, Ryan helped the Huskers to back-to-back Championships, and was named All Section both years. Despite only starting for 2 years, Ryan still ranks #7 in saves in Yorktown history with 437. Ryan was also a member of the 2003 State Championship Team. In addition to coaching at Fenom, Ryan is currently a director with the New York Predators. He has also spent his summers coaching at the club level for the No Limit Ballers and Yorktown Bombers. Ryan is also a coach for the Greeley Youth and Bronxville Youth Lacrosse.
