A: Fenom is located off of Oakland Avenue (not Osborn Road). We suggest using Google Maps or Waze, not your car GPS system to best find our facility. 67 Grant Avenue Harrison, NY 10528

Q: What is the cancellation policy for private and semi-private sessions?
A: Fenom has a cancellation policy of 12 hours for private and semi-private sessions.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for birthday parties and camps?
A: For birthday parties and camps, the cancellation policy is 14 days.

Q: Is Fenom membership based?
A: Fenom runs by a pay per service operation meaning we do not have memberships. What makes Fenom so unique is that there are no annual commitments as well as offering exclusive private settings for kids and families to accel in activities of their choice.

Q: Can I workout at Fenom without being in a class?
A: It doesn't always have to be about supervised classes or personal training. We are a gym afterall. You are welcome to use our cardio deck and weight rooms for a nominal fee.

Q: What is the easiest way to find Fenom?
A: Fenom is not the easiest location to find. However, by using services such as Google Maps, Waze, and most GPS systems, you will easily be able to find our facility.

Q: Does Fenom offer programs for girls?
A: The majority of classes and camps are run in a coed atmosphere and can be customizable in any way you choose.

Q: How close is Fenom to the Harrison Train Station?
A: Fenom is less than a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) from the Harrison Train Station. Since parking at the train station is difficult, we offer a Park and Train program allowing you to park at our facility for the day after your workout.

Q: If I miss a class can I make it up?
A: If you buy a package for a full 12 week session you are allowed one make up class. For example, if you miss three classes in a 12 week program, you will be charged for twelve classes and be given credit for one makeup class within those 12 weeks. It can be credited toward any session of your choosing.

Q: How long has Fenom been open for?
